Our Policies
Deposit
For stays of any length, a deposit equal to one night plus tax is due at the time of booking. Payment can be made via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, or Discover. We will send confirmation of your reservation upon receipt of your deposit.
Parking
Parking is for registered guests only. Each room is allocated one parking lot. Due to the limited parking space available at our historic property, the Pueblo Bonito Santa Fe cannot accommodate pick-up trucks, RVs, campers, trailers, or any other oversized vehicles onsite. Any guests travelling in one of these vehicles will be required to park offsite or their vehicles will be towed immediately.
Cancellation Policy
Effective November 15, 2022, for any reservation cancellation, we must receive notice 14 days prior to your confirmed arrival in order to receive your deposit. If any cancellation is made within 14 days of your stay, regardless of the reason, your deposit will be non-refundable (though you are always welcome to send a friend or family member in your place).
Any change-of-dates request (including shortening a reservation) must be made prior to 14 days of your confirmed arrival and is subject to availability and minimum stay restrictions. Within 14 days prior to arrival, deposits are non-refundable and no changes can be made to the reservation. After check-in, a shortened stay will remain charged in full per the original reservation. No shows and cancellations made on the day of arrival will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
For group room blocks of four rooms or more, please refer to the group contract for the applicable cancellation policy.
For reservations made on third-party websites (Expedia, Booking.com, etc.) guests must cancel their reservations through the third-parties. Please refer to the cancellation policies of the third-party websites when making reservations as they may differ than the policies described herein.
Check-In/Check-Out Times
Check-in is available between 3 pm and 5pm, and check-out is at 11 am.
If you plan to arrive after 5:00 pm, please call 505-984-8001 on the day of arrival to receive self check-in instructions.
Room Occupancies & Additional Persons
Most of our rates are based on double occupancy unless otherwise noted on the property FAQ page and in room descriptions. Extra guests (where they can be accommodated in rooms with pull-outs) will be charged an additional fee of $25 per person per night, including children over the age of 2.
Pueblo Bonito Santa Fe is Non Smoking
We are a 100% smoke and vape free. A $250 cleaning surcharge will be imposed on any room where guests have smoked (including e-cigarettes), or vaped in their room.
Fireplace Usage
Fireplaces are available for guest usage between October 1st and May 31st. A $15 + tax fee applies per use. Fire place set up and cleaning will be performed during daily cleaning hours (8am-12pm). Additional wood requests over and above those provided daily are available for an additional $15.00 prior to 2:00 pm.
All wood/fireplace burning resources must be provided by Pueblo Bonito Santa Fe. Under no circumstance may a guest use/place anything other than the materials provided by Pueblo Bonito Santa Fe into our fireplaces. STRICT ENFORCEMENT is required for guest and facility safety. A $300 fee will be assessed for non-adherence.
